Many products on our website are custom made by our staff at our Kensington store, therefore nothing is mass produced.   You can be sure you get a beautiful custom product each time you order.  Our order time fluctuates with order volume.  We make every effort to get custom orders processed in a timely manner.  Our normal turnaround time for custom orders is approximately one week.
All jewelry orders are shipped directly from our vendor, you may expect more than one package if you are ordering jewelry and other products.

All products are shipped using USPS priority mail (2 -4 days delivery from ship date)
Products are wrapped in tissue and placed in a protective plastic bag

Rates are based on order total before tax for the Continental United States
and are as follows

over $150 shipping is free
Local customer pick up is available at no charge
